These fees vary depending on the value and type of goods. Please check the applicable fees in your country to avoid surprises. We are not responsible for customs fees, delays or unclaimed packages. If you choose not to pay taxes or import duties and reject the package, your order will not be refunded.

MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Fenixdancewear.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the delivery address matches the one we sent the package to and the tracking shows a successful delivery, we cannot offer a refund. However, we recommend that you contact customer service for assistance and we will try to help.

FREE SHIPPING
